Grass-fed Beef Reservation for 1/4 beef
Stock your freezer and order delicious grass fed and finished beef, raised locally in Francis Creek, WI. A $100 deposit will be applied to the total price which is $4.15/pound based on hanging weight of the animal. For example, if the hanging weight of the animal is 700 pounds, the total would be $2905 so 1/4 would be $726.25. There is also a cost paid to the butcher for processing and packaging which is done custom to your instructions. We have beef going in for processing in the fall this year. Customer is responsible for picking meat up from the butcher (Paulie’s Chop Shop in Luxemburg).
